Product Overview
HEM series is a new generation of multi-turn electric actuators independently developed and manufactured by the technical team of Heli Company, combining customer requirements and years of R&D experience.
HEM series offers various models customized to user requirements, including basic type, intelligent bus type, split intelligent type and other versions. They safely, stably and reliably adapt to diverse application scenarios in all industries.
The HEM series multi-turn electric actuators can be matched with linear stroke valves such as regulating valves, gate valves and globe valves. When fitted with a part-turn worm gear box, they are also compatible with quarter-turn valves including butterfly valves, ball valves and plug valves.
The direct output torque of HEM series ranges from 40 N·m to 3000 N·m, with output speed between 18 rpm and 144 rpm. By matching dedicated electric worm gear boxes with different speeds and gear ratios, a wider range of higher torque outputs can be achieved to meet diverse torque requirements.

Torque Parameters
◎ Due to inertia and wear of the drive shaft sleeve, it is recommended that the operating speed not be too fast when directly installed on a gate valve.
◎ The nominal torque is the maximum torque set in two directions. The stall torque depends on the speed and voltage, and is generally 1.1-2 times the nominal torque.
◎ If you order the 60Hz model, the actuator speed will increase by 1.2 times.
◎ If you require use at 20% above the nominal torque, please contact us.
